1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Rajeev Sangwan, trading as Student Help UK ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using wehelpstudents.com or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. What we provide

Student Help UK offers:

• Informational content on studying, working and obtaining visa sponsorship in the UK (articles, videos, listings).
• 1:1 mentorship sessions (video calls, priority DMs) booked through Topmate.
• Digital products (guides, templates) delivered via Topmate or email.
• A curated feed of publicly available job listings that mention visa sponsorship, aggregated from third-party sources.

4. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or book a session.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, appear fraudulent, or misuse the service.

5. Bookings, payments & mentorship

• All paid mentorship sessions and digital products are booked and paid for through Topmate. Their own terms and privacy policy apply to that transaction.
• Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Sessions are delivered by Rajeev Sangwan and are strictly for your personal use. Recording, redistribution or resale is not permitted.
• If we need to reschedule a session, we will offer you an alternative time or a refund at your option.

6. Job listings & student offers

• Job listings are aggregated from third-party sources. We do not verify sponsorship availability or the accuracy of any listing. Confirm with the employer before you apply.
• Student offers are curated deals from third-party brands. Terms, discount amounts and expiry dates are set by the brand, not by us.
• Some outbound links may be affiliate or referral links, which means we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences whether an offer or listing is shown.

7. Your conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape the site automatically, or overload our infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Copy, republish, or resell our content without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, graphics, logos, code, videos, downloadable guides — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non- commercial use. All other use requires our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

The site and all content, listings and mentorship sessions are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranties, express or implied, about:

• the accuracy or completeness of any information (including job listings, sponsorship information, visa guidance);
• any specific outcome — such as receiving a job offer, visa, sponsorship, scholarship or interview; or
• the site being available uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where you deal as a consumer).

Subject to the paragraph above, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the site or any mentorship session is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or purely economic losses, or for loss of profits, reputation, employment offers, visa outcomes or data.

11. Third-party links

The site links to third-party websites (Topmate, employers, universities, offer providers, gov.uk). We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of those sites.

12. Suspension & termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will post a notice on the site or email registered users. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
